Having tech problems during an Adobe Connect Session?
If you are using Chrome, logout and log back in with another browser (Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer). There are known issues with Chrome. For each different browser you use, you have to install the Adobe Connect add-in.
If you are having problems and you are using Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer, completely shut down your computer. Wait 2 minutes, log back in, and then try the following:
Click the below link to go to the webpage where you can download an earlier version of the Adobe Connect add-in.
Under Meeting Add-ins for Adobe Connect 9 click on “Download earlier Adobe Connect Meeting Add-in for either Windows or Mac (last two options)
Clear your cache cookies from browser before you try to login again.
